  SHIPPING POLICY

 Our shipping partner for all international orders is DHL.


Orders are shipped and should be received within 7-10 business days, with the exception of weekends, new product launches, and domestic public holidays.

Kindly note that unforeseen delays may come up with the shipping. We will keep you updated on your order if a delay comes up. 

When an order is received an order confirmation will be sent directly to you.

Delays with our shipping partners are out of Lysog Chari’s control, however, we ensure to keep a close eye on orders and inform our clients of any delays. If your order is  not received within 14 business days, please email us at COMPLAINTS@LYSOGCHARI.COM and we will fix this for you.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via email.


The estimated shipping date is attached to the tracking details sent to your email.

It usually takes 4-5 business days, however, this may vary depending on your country.

The cost of shipping is calculated at the point of checkout and is dependent on your country and region.


All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lysog Chari is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.

Please note that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.

Orders placed during sales, new launches and product restock periods may take additional  business days to be dispatched.

Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. Kindly review the customs and tax policy for your country.

If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address to avoid your order being delivered to the wrong delivery address.
