| What payment methods are accepted? | Lysog Chari accepts bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. |
| When will my order be shipped? |
Orders are shipped and should be received within 7-10 business days, with the exception of weekends, new product launches, and domestic public holidays. Kindly note that unforeseen delays may come up with the shipping. We will keep you updated on your order if a delay comes up. |
| How can I change or cancel my order? |
Please email us at COMPLAINTS@LYSOGCHARI.COM, within 24-48 hours after the order is placed if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been dispatched for shipping, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to amend it. |
| Do you give refunds? | No, we don't, however, we can offer refunds in store credit on specific cases. |
| Are returns accepted? |
Yes, you can. You can return an item provided that it is returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from the day the order is received. Kindly note that all sales/discounted items are final. We do not accept returns on sales/discounted items. We encourage you to confirm your exact size before placing an order. |
| How long does the return process take? | The return process takes 7 - 10 business days after the package has been received by Lysog Chari and has passed all necessary checks. Kindly view our Return policy for more details. |
| Can I exchange an item for another size? |
Yes, you can. We can only process an exchange provided that it is returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. Kindly note that all sales/discounted items are final. We do not accept returns on sales/discounted items. We encourage you to confirm your exact size before placing an order. |
| What is ‘Saleable Condition’? |
Saleable Condition is regarded as the item having all tags on, being in the brand’s original packaging including zipper and paper bag, and being free from makeup, stains and scents. The item should not be laundered or altered. Kindly note that all sales/discounted items are final. We do not accept returns on sales/discounted items. We encourage you to confirm your exact size before placing an order. |

| How do I take care of my outfits? |
We recommend hand washing and dry cleaning only. |
| How do I know my order has been confirmed? |
After an order is received, an order confirmation message will be sent to your email. |
| How do I know when my order is delayed? |
Once an order can't been shipped within the stipulated shipping timeframe of 7-10 working days. You will get a delayed shipping notification regarding your order via email. A new time period for shipping will be provided. |

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be sent to you via Email. |
| How long does shipping take? |
The estimated shipping date is attached to the tracking details sent to you via email. It usually takes 4 - 5 business days, however, this may vary depending on your country. |
| Who pays for customs and taxes? |
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lysog Chari is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. |
| What do I do when my preferred piece/size is out of stock? |

| Can I pick my order up? |
We currently do not offer pickup services, however, you will be notified once this option is available, kindly stay tuned. |

| What are you not responsible for? |
Lysog Chari is not responsible for any dispatch/shipping costs. All exchange, returns and delivery fee is incurred by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. |
