Kindly initiate a return on the website and we will be glad to assist you.
Return process takes 7 - 10 business days after the package has been received by Lysog Chari and has passed all necessary checks.

We can only process A return provided that it is returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 DAYS from when you received it. 

Saleable Condition is regarded as the item having all tags on, being in the brand’s original packaging including zipper and paper bag, and being free from makeup, stains and scents. The item should not be laundered or altered.

Kindly note that all sales/discounted items are final. We do not offer returns on all sales/ discounted items. We encourage you to confirm your exact size before placing an order.

Lysog Chari is strict with this policy as it is important to us that all members of our community receive their orders in great condition.
We do not process a return if the item was purchased on sales or a discount . ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL.

All exchanges, returns and delivery fee is incurred by the customer. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
